One suspect was arrested for possession of a stolen motor vehicle and three signal jamming devices used to disable tracking systems
A stolen vehicle taken from the Waltloo Industrial Area was recovered following an operation involving Gauteng Traffic Wardens, SAPS Silverton, SAPS Mamelodi East, and two tracking companies.
Acting on intelligence, officers traced the vehicle to a house in Nellmapius Ext 8, where they found a suspect in the process of searching the vehicle and attempting to remove its tracking device.
One suspect was arrested for possession of a stolen motor vehicle, and officers also seized three signal jamming devices used to disable tracking systems.
