Pan African Supply Chain Awards recognize individuals and organisations that display excellence in supply chains

The Pan African Supply Chain Awards is one of the most prestigious events on the calendar for supply chain professionals. It shows recognition to the individuals and organisations that display excellence in supply chains.

MasterDrive is again proud to be one of the partners alongside the Supply Chain Council and TK Global Experts for the upcoming awards. The CEO of MasterDrive, Eugene Herbert, says: “We look forward to playing a role in developing supply chains because of the crucial role they play. Our support will also allow us to further bring attention to road safety.”

The Pan African Awards started in 2018, and is now in its fifth year. The Chairperson of the Pan-African Awards and CEO of TK Global, Kamogelo Mampane, says: “The initial focus of the Awards focused on rewarding excellence in the procurement of good and services and infrastructure.

“This year, the Pan African Awards broadened its reach, housing a number of new awards to accommodate a larger variety of entrants. For the first time, we are rewarding individuals in the supply chains of the pharmaceutical industry, for their efforts in delivering essential medicines needed to save lives.”

The highly anticipated annual Pan-African Awards takes place on 30 August 2024 at the Maslow Hotel. “This year the speakers will be the Supply Chain Council, Black Business Council and Eugene Herbert from MasterDrive. The theme of the Awards will address the ‘Supply Chain Impact to SA economy and Transformation through Procurement,'” says Mampane.
